I don't know about you but I don't have money to just throw away. So when I thought about getting Cryoskin I wanted to make sure it was worth the money. And I think it's normal to want to research any procedure whether its invasive or non-invasive so that you make sure it's worth your time and money. So to help you out, we have come up with the top 5 things you need to think about and take a look at while getting ready for Cryoskin sessions.
1) What is my main problem area?
Knowing ahead of time what area of your body you want to focus on is very helpful. But what is even more helpful is being willing to stay focused on that area.
When you want to jump around from one area of the body to another it can cause you to not get the best results. We have had clients who wanted to come in for a belly session one week, then the next week they want to work on their thighs, and then they come back again and have no idea where they want to focus on next.
The great thing about Cryoskin is that it allows us to target fat in one particular area. When you stay focused on one area of the body before you move on to the next one, you will definitely see better results. It's hard for your body to keep loosing fat if you change your treatment area too much. Plus, it has our heads spinning as well. Plus there are going to be different things you can do in the mean time to enhance the results of that particular area, like doing push ups everyday while we are focused on arm fat, or an ab exercise, while we focus on getting rid of that stubborn belly fat. Trust me, you will be very happy if you take my advice. Let's focus on one thing at a time.
2) How much do you exercise or plan to exercise?
Don't look at that question and get scared. You don't have to go crazy in the gym, but of course, a little daily exercise goes a long way.
When you get other non-invasive treatments they tell you that you need to go exercise right away for at least 30 minutes. Thankfully, with Cryoskin, that is not required. Yay!! But you will definitely benefit if you ensure that you get some type of exercise on a daily basis. But I think that applies in life period, right? If you miss a day here and there you don't have to worry. Exercising only enhances your results but Cryoskin is still going to more than likely help you get the results you're looking for. So the moral to the story is: the more you exercise, the better your results will be. Exercise isn't required but being a couch potato shouldn't be an option.
3) Do you eat healthy?
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Is that how that goes? I'm not sure . Anyway, an apple a day can definitely keep that fat away. But you can skip if when you get Cryoskin.
I think we all know by now that diets just don't work. You starve yourself for a certain amount of time and then go on a binge and want to eat everything in site. It's much better to change the way you look at food and just make a healthy lifestyle change. After you see that fat come off, why would you want to go eat a greasy burger anyway? It's okay if you have that hamburger from time to time but you will be able to again enhance your results when you focus on having an overall healthier diet. I didn't become a vegan or put myself on a restricting diet and was still able to shed 4 inches around my stomach in only 3 sessions. No drastic changes are needed but you also shouldn't be in the fast food line everyday either. It's all about balance and moderation.
4) How much water do you drink?
Water is probably the biggest component when it comes to not only Cryoskin, but weightloss and good health overall.
We can always tell who drinks a lot of water and who doesn't. When you get Cryoskin done, it flushes liquified fat to your lymphatic system and your bladder is pretty much filling up as we complete your session. So many people have to go straight to the restroom once we are done. It's very important that before you even have your session you have drank a lot of water. Water is what you need to help you flush it all out.
After you are done it is important that you continue to drink water and have it as your main source of refreshment. We recommend between a liter and a liter and a half daily. It may sound like a lot but when you see a liter bottle, you realize that it is not a crazy amount of water to drink in one day. Plus, it's something you don't even have to spend a lot of money on. The more you drink it, the better things can be. If you don't like the taste of plain water, add some fruit to it, but stay away from Crystal light and other things like that. It may say it has no sugar but if it's sweet your body will still think of it as sugar. Use natural sugar from fruit or put in lemon slices. However, if you use lemon be sure to use a straw to avoid getting the lemon juice on your teeth. The acidity from the lemon can cause damage to your teeth enamel over time.
5. Know your BMI and make any necessary lifestyle changes
BMI is your body mass index, and it can be very helpful. Someone who has a high bmi will need more sessions than someone with a lower bmi when it comes to fat loss. But when it comes to toning those factors may not matter as much, especially when it comes to cellulite. But just make sure that you set realistic goals for yourself and make any lifestyle changes that could help enhance your results.
Cryoskin isn't a miracle pill, and there isn't a miracle pill on the planet. At least not one that I'm aware of. Even with liposuction or tummy tucks you still have to make some lifestyle changes if necessary. Take the time to make a plan of action. What can you do to ensure you get the best results possible? Again, it doesn't have to be drastic, just simple stuff. If you are already someone who does these things, that great. Once you add Cryoskin to the mix, you will basically take you goals to a whole new level. We can't wait to see you. Take the quiz at the bottom of the page so that when we meet with you we can help you make the plan that's going to have you exceeding your goals.
The Quiz is in a green box at the bottom.
