Boutique Returns: Items purchased from the boutique can be issued a full refund within 7 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns without a receipt or proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase you will only be able to exchange the item for another item based on the price current price listed in the system for the item. The exchange must be equal to or greater than the items it is being exchanged for. The item must be in “brand new” condition to be returned or exchanged preferably with the tag(s) still attached.
Treatment Refunds: Cryoskin services and/or Infrared Sauna services are non-refundable. Clients agree to this when they sign their waiver for treatment. If client is not happy with results from their treatment, we will do an assessment of their eating habits and/or health to attempt to figure out why client hasn’t seen desired results. On a case by case basis we will give the client additional treatment(s) for no charge or compensate client in some type of way. We want all our clients to be happy and we will do what we can on a case by case basis to ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients.
